Daily Skills Coach

Job Roles and Responsibilities

As a Daily Skills Coach you will be playing a key role to build routine, confidence, independence and everyday living skills. This role will be a blend of teaching, coaching, and mentoring, delivered in a person centred approach.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

As a Daily Skills Coach and Co-ordinator you will play a key role to build routine, confidence, independence and everyday living skills. This role will be a blend of teaching, coaching, and mentoring, delivered in a person centred approach. This position guides a small, dedicated team. Coordinates the calendar across services, and arranges bookings and travel.

This role will be a blend of teaching, coaching, and mentoring, delivered in a person centred approach. It will design, deliver, and continuously improve a person-centred program tailored to individual strengths, needs and interests. It will assess progress, adapt strategies and ensure activities are meaningful, engaging, and growth focused.
